I am not sure why I haven't posted any photos of our newest railroad project. This is a 240,000 sq. ft project. Scope of work- Remove the existing rock ballast, remove the EPDM membrane down to the existing insulation. 1/4" densdeck will then be installed (Mechanically) over the insulation. This is a cold process project- base and cap sheet will be installed using cold process adhesive. This project was started late April and will hopefully be completed mid fall... stay tuned!!!

ST. PETERS ROCK CHURCH
What I love about having a roofing company is we are helping people everyday. With this project, there were numerous leaks. We were told that different areas were not able to be used because of the amount of water that was coming in the building. We were able to perform a recover over the existing roofing system. Carlisle 45mil TPO white membrane was installed mechanically over 1/2" R-Tech insulation board for a separation from the existing asphalt roofing system. The church will definitely see a difference in the cooling bill this extremely hot summer. Oh yeah- no leaks!!

CRAIN CHEVROLET COMPLETE!
Well, its been complete but I have failed to update everyone on the status! Everything went well- except the work a few days- wait for the rain to stop- work a few days- wait, you get the picture. As you can see, this roof system had alot of pitch pans to work around! The guys did great and Carlisle was please as always! I would like to point out something- It was not in the scope of work to install elastomeric flashing grade on the sheet metal connected to the HVAC unit but as you can see- Colonial Roofing goes beyond in order to make sure our clients have a sealed roof!

CRAIN CHEVROLET
I should name this the post- Fast and Furious! We are currently working on Crain Chevrolet of Little Rock- This project was perfect for our schedule due to the hick-up on Judsonia. We are trying to squeeze this project in while awaiting our material for Judsonia! This will be a white 45mil- fully adhered project manufactured from Carlisle. We were able to meet our clients wishes and work with him on his schedule and budget! Here are a few pictures of before Colonial Roofing comes on scene!

PROGRESS IN MANSFIELD, AR
Here is some updated photos of our progress in Mansfield, AR at the Youth Center. As you can see from the photos- The first building (Girls Dorm) All that we are waiting to complete this roof system is the aluminum coating. The existing roof system was completely removed down to the metal decking. Tapered insulation was installed then base sheet- mid ply sheet- then cap sheet.
Below the Girls dorm photos you can see the progress with the boys cabins. When i published the first photos of the boys cabins, we were informed to do a recover over the existing roofing system. After further investigating we gathered the roof systems would have to be removed down to the wood decking. The very last picture shows the base sheet over the insulation. This is not the finished product. Stay tuned!

RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
CONWAY COMMONS
We are proud to be servicing the Conway Commons for the THF REALTY (www.thfrealty.com) of St. Louis, MO. With this great responsibility we are repairing roof systems from Ballasted EPDM to TPO membranes. Whether it is a large repair, failing flashing details or just investigating why someone would want to throw a rock on top of a building, therefore causing a puncture in the membrane (Last picture) I guess they were trying to let off some anger issues!
Union Pacific Railroad Livonia, LA (IN PROGRESS)
Here is the UPRR Livonia, LA job in progress. As you can see we take safety serious! We are pressure washing the existing roof system. As I mentioned before, the existing coating that was installed on this metal roof was failing and would be extremely difficult to remove. After bumping up the pressure and trying out different pressure tips- we found the perfect match! We are removing the nasty existing coating to assure positive attachment for the new coating material.
