Union Pacific RR Diesel Shop

I am not sure why I haven't posted any photos of our newest railroad project. This is a 240,000 sq. ft project. Scope of work- Remove the existing rock ballast, remove the EPDM membrane down to the existing insulation. 1/4" densdeck will then be installed (Mechanically) over the insulation. This is a cold process project- base and cap sheet will be installed using cold process adhesive. This project was started late April and will hopefully be completed mid fall... stay tuned!!!

ST. PETERS ROCK CHURCH

What I love about having a roofing company is we are helping people everyday. With this project, there were numerous leaks. We were told that different areas were not able to be used because of the amount of water that was coming in the building. We were able to perform a recover over the existing roofing system. Carlisle 45mil TPO white membrane was installed mechanically over 1/2" R-Tech insulation board for a separation from the existing asphalt roofing system. The church will definitely see a difference in the cooling bill this extremely hot summer. Oh yeah- no leaks!!

SKIPPY PEANUT BUTTER PLANT

As you can see this is a new construction project. We had the privilege of working with Burns & McDonnell from Kansas City, MO. This was a Carlisle 60mil EPDM roof application. Hickman metal was installed at the parapet walls and gutter and downspouts.
