Colonial Roofing has worked hard building up a working relationship with Union Pacific Railroad. We have been awarded two more projects in Louisiana. One of them, listed here is located in Livonia, LA. The particular roof system had a previous, but yet poor metal restoration. Improper application of the coating has caused blistering and cracking. We will be using Thermo Manufaturing for the completion of this job. The scope of work with begin with removing debri and coating using power washers. Prep work with be addressed at all units, piping, and seams. All fasteners will be inspected and replaced if necessary. After prep work is completed, there will be 2 layers of "coating" applied. The first layer is a liquid coating that rubberizes when applied to the surface. The top layer is white in color and is also an Elastomeric coating. This coating is applied at 1.5 gallons per sqaure (100 sq. feet). We will begin this project within a few days.
